By accessing or using Regal Playbook, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Subscription and payments
Regal Playbook operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically for each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Regal Playbook only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the platform.
Intellectual property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Regal Playbook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without prior written consent.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Regal Playbook.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Regal Playbook, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Regal Playbook does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The guides and information provided on the platform are for educational and informational purposes only. Regal Playbook is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform.
All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
